Can I Change My Order After It Has Been Placed?
We cannot make changes to orders after they have been placed. If you need to cancel your order, please email us within 24 hours of placing your order and we will try our best to cancel the order prior to shipping and issue a refund. Orders may not be cancelled after they have been shipped.

What is Afterpay?
What is Afterpay?
Afterpay is a payment option that is available at Saint Curl. Afterpay allows Australian residents to shop now and pay for your purchase later in four equal, interest-free instalments, due every two weeks. Think of Afterpay as a modern-day lay-by, except you can receive your order straight away for a quarter of the price, or for zero dollars upfront if you are an existing Afterpay customer.
Who can use Afterpay?
Afterpay is available as a payment option if you: live in Australia, are at least 18 years old and use an Australian credit or debit card to make the purchase.
What will Afterpay cost me?
You will not pay anything extra when you choose to use Afterpay as your payment option, as there is no interest added. You will pay your instalments directly to Afterpay in accordance with the payment schedule Afterpay will send to you via email. If a payment is due but not received by Afterpay in accordance with their payment schedule, a $10 late payment fee will be charged. If no payment has been received after an additional seven days, a $7 fee will also be charged. In addition, because an Afterpay account is linked to your credit or debit card, standard card fees and charges may be applicable. You should refer to your card issuer’s terms and conditions for full details.
What products can be paid for using Afterpay?
Afterpay is available for all merchandise online.
Is there a minimum or maximum spend for Afterpay?
There is no minimum however, the maximum order value (including delivery) for Afterpay is AUD$1,000.
Can I split a purchase using Afterpay?
No, you cannot make a partial payment with Afterpay.
Do I need to register with Afterpay prior to making my first Afterpay purchase at Saintcurl.com.au?
For online purchases, simply choose Afterpay as your payment method at checkout, and you will be able to create an account before completing your purchase.
Will I need to fill out a credit application form to use Afterpay?
No, because Afterpay is not a credit service provider. Your Afterpay account will be linked to a credit or debit card of your choosing that has already have been approved via your chosen credit/banking provider.
How do I use Afterpay online?
- Add items to your shopping bag and checkout as normal.
- Select Afterpay as you payment method - you will be redirected to the Afterpay website.
- Register or login to your Afterpay account.
- Enter or verify your payment details then confirm your order.
Please note: The funds for the first payment must be available on your nominated card at the time of checkout.
Can I return items paid for using Afterpay?
Yes. You can return any item you are unhappy with back to Saint Curl in accordance with our standard Returns policy.
As per our standard Returns policy, the purchase price will be refunded to you using the original payment method. If you have already made one or more payments and an amount is owing to you, that amount will be refunded to the credit/debit card you used to place the order. Once we have received the returns, Afterpay processes the refund immediately and will send you an email to confirm that the refund has been applied.

Shipping
How Long Does It Take To Process My Order?
We aim to process orders within 2 business days. Purchases made on a Friday will be shipped the following Monday. Please note that this does not represent a guarantee and that fulfilment may take longer after sales and around holidays.
When Can I Expect My Order?
NSW, VIC, QLD, ACT, SA: Deliveries normally arrive within 3 - 5 business days.
WA, TAS, NT: Deliveries may be in transit between 5 - 8 days.
Don’t panic if you don’t have your order by the estimated day: you can check the tracking details from your shipping confirmation email. If your order has not arrived 10 days after you receive your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at service@saintcurl.com.au.
My Products Are Missing/Damaged.
We try to make sure every precious parcel of hair care arrives safely at your door. However, mishaps can occur during fulfilment and shipping.
If your parcel arrives with missing or damaged products, please email us at customerservice@saintcurl.com.au with a photo of the parcel and we will send your missing/damaged item(s) free of charge.

To bring you the very best care for your curls, Saint Curl is carefully curated with products and accessories from all over the world. Shipping and customs delays can sometimes prevent our stock from arriving as quickly as we'd like.

We are always on the lookout for exciting new products to add to our collection. However, some manufacturers do not (yet!) distribute to Australia.

My Product Doesn't Look Like The Photo On The Website.
Occasionally, vendors change their packaging and new units are shipped out before the photo is updated. Be assured, if there is any change in the product itself, notice will be provided.

Can You Recommend Products For My Hair?
Curls are incredibly unique, so we try not to give specific recommendations without knowing details about your hair such as porosity, strand thickness, and whether your tresses have been chemically processed or heat damaged.
Our Curl ID Quiz is a great starting point to get to know your curl type, some typical characteristics your hair might exhibit, and certain ingredients that will help you get the best out of your curls.
If you're just starting out on your natural journey, remember getting to know your hair takes time and often experimentation. All of the products we have in stock have been chosen for their suitability for curly hair and the healthy ingredients used. Be open to trying new products you might not have heard of - you never know when you'll find your next 'holy grail'!
My Curls Don't Like Certain Ingredients.
Before adding a product to our range, we make sure that it has the Curly Seal of Approval.
Most of our products are free of parabens, sulfates and other chemicals notoriously bad for curls. However, every crown is unique. All our products are listed with their full ingredients, so make sure you have a look at product ingredients if your hair is sensitive to certain ingredients.
Returns
Can I test the products before buying them online?
As we are an online store, we do not have an option to test or see the products before purchasing them. However, we are ready to answer all your hair care questions at customerservice@saintcurl.com.au.
Please also check the ingredients listing before completing your purchase to identify any allergens.
What is the return and exchange policy?
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Returns will only be accepted for reasons of error made by us (i.e. you did not receive the item you ordered) or because items are faulty or broken.
A refund will be issued provided that:
- You contact us at Saint Curl Customer Service within 20 business days of receiving the item, citing your order number and identifying the defect. Please retain and send photographic evidence the error or damage.
- You return the item within 7 days of contacting us.
- If you are approved, we will give you a full refund for the cost of the item(s) and the return delivery cost (unless it is a change of mind return)
- Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Keep in mind, there is often some processing time before a refund is posted
- If your return is not approved you will have to pay for associated shipping fees.
- This policy does not apply to change-of-mind returns, or for reasons that the product doesn't suit your hair or similar. If you change your mind about the product, please see instructions below under "What happens if I change my mind?".

What happens if I change my mind?
If you made a mistake or changed your mind about a product (this does not include reasons that the product doesn't suit your hair), please email us at customerservice@saintcurl.com.au and we will consider your request.
You will need to ship us back the item and a refund will be issued to you once we have received the items and inspected them.
Please be advise that the items must meet the following conditions before any refund will be issued:
- You must contact us to return or exchange your product within 10 days of receiving it.
- Item must be in its original purchase condition, packaging must be unopened, unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
- Items purchased on sale and discounts are non-returnable.
Unfortunately we are not able to cover postage fees on returns for Change of Mind.
