Duty, customs tariffs and local sales taxes are set by the destination country. Payment of any applicable duties and taxes is required before your order will be released from customs and recipients are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the destination country.
Please note that our shipping guidelines are based on the estimated time of arrival from the dispatch date, not the date your order is placed.
If all the items you ordered are in stock at the time of purchase, you can expect your order to be dispatched the next business day.
Please be advised that our delivery time guidelines are based on business days, which only includes Monday - Friday and excludes both Australian, New Zealand and Fijian public holidays.
What if my order hasn't arrived in the estimated time?
If your parcel is being delivered to a home address and you have left delivery instructions, please check around your property (such as the mailbox, meter box, carport etc) for somewhere safe the delivery driver may have left your parcel.
If you believe your order is outside the specified time range of delivery, and you are having your parcel delivered to a business address, please check the mail room or reception for your parcel.
Please check your confirmation email to confirm your delivery address was correct.
How to track your parcel:
You'll receive an email with your tracking information once your order has been shipped. Please check your spam folder as sometimes it will be there.

How to make sure you don't miss your delivery:
Our deliveries are delivered without a signature required, meaning the couriers will automatically Safe Drop your parcel, as long as the delivery person feels it’s a suitable option. You don’t need to request any type of special service for this to happen. When you place an order, you accept the shipping provider's terms and conditions (Australia Post's MyPost Safe Drop Terms and Conditions / Couriers Please Domestic Service Terms and Conditions / Couriers Please International Terms and Conditions).
We would suggest opting to have your parcel delivered to a business address if you aren't home during the day, so you don't miss your delivery.
If you are having your parcel delivered to a work address, please ensure you include your business name and any delivery instructions (eg "Leave at Reception").
If your home address can be a little difficult to find, we recommend including delivery instructions in the 'Add Order Note' section on the shopping cart page.
What happens if an item I ordered was out of stock?
If one of the items you've ordered is out of stock, we will let you know and give you the option to place your order on hold until the available item comes back into stock, or cancel your order and receive a refund.
