Full body workout with Alex Rahmé & Saint Curl

It can be challenging to find the motivation to get up and exercise during extensive lockdowns, so we teamed up with Sydney personal trainer Alex Rahmé to bring you this easy fully body workout to do at home.


4 x 10 Bulgarian Split Squat
4 x 8 B Stance Hip Thrust
4 x 6 Side Plank Hip Abduction
Rest - 1 minute
3 x 10 Staggered Stance Romanian Deadlift
3 x 8 Reverse Nordic Curl
Rest - 1 minute
4 x 10 Single Arm Row
4 x 5 Negative Push Ups
Rest - 1 minute and done!
